999 bat reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a payment provider
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months
